보이스 레터 개인정보처리방침
보이스 레터는 회원가입이 없고, 서버가 없습니다.
남기신 목소리와 글은 이 기기에서만 암호화되어 보관되며, 어떤 서버로도 전송되지 않습니다. 개발자는 그 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.
1. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
다음은 전적으로 사용자 기기 안에만 존재합니다. 앱은 이를 외부로 보내지 않습니다.
- 음성 녹음 — AES-256-GCM으로 암호화되어 앱 전용 저장 공간에 보관됩니다.
- 작성한 글 — 같은 방식으로 암호화됩니다.
- 받는 사람 이름(선택 입력), 작성 시각, 간직/떠나보내기 설정.
- 앱 잠금 사용 여부, 기억 보관함 해제 여부 — 암호화된 환경설정에 저장됩니다.
암호화 키는 Android 키스토어에 보관되며 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다.
앱은 클라우드 백업을 사용하지 않습니다(allowBackup=false). Google Drive 자동 백업이나 기기 간 전송으로도 내용이 복사되지 않습니다.
2. 기기 밖으로 나가는 정보
광고 (Google AdMob)
내보내기·돌아보기·기념일 리마인더 세 기능은 짧은 보상형 광고를 본 뒤 사용할 수 있습니다. 광고 표시를 위해 Google AdMob이 광고 ID(AD_ID)와 기기·광고 노출 관련 정보를 수집합니다. 이는 Google의 처리방침을 따릅니다.
- 유럽경제지역·영국 사용자에게는 Google의 동의 관리 도구(UMP)를 통해 동의를 받습니다.
- 기억 보관함을 결제로 해제하면 이 기능들에 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.
- 남기신 목소리나 글의 내용은 광고와 함께 전송되지 않습니다. 광고는 메시지 내용에 접근하지 않습니다.

결제 (Google Play 결제)
기억 보관함 해제는 1회 결제입니다. 결제는 Google Play가 처리하며, 개발자는 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보를 받지도, 보관하지도 않습니다. 앱은 구매 완료 여부만 기기에 저장합니다.
사용자가 직접 내보낼 때
내보내기·공유·전체 백업은 사용자가 직접 실행할 때만 동작합니다. 이때 만들어진 카드 이미지·음성 파일·백업 파일은 사용자가 선택한 위치나 앱으로 전달되며, 그 이후의 처리는 해당 앱이나 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다. 공유용으로 만들어진 임시 복호화 파일은 일정 시간 뒤 자동 삭제됩니다.
3. 사용하는 권한
- 마이크 — 목소리를 녹음할 때만 사용합니다. 백그라운드 녹음은 하지 않습니다.
- 알림 — 떠나보내기 하루 전 안내와 기념일 리마인더에만 사용합니다. 모두 기기 안에서 예약되며 푸시 서버를 쓰지 않습니다.
- 생체 인증 — 앱 잠금에 사용합니다. 앱은 지문·얼굴 데이터에 접근하지 않으며, 운영체제의 인증 성공 여부만 전달받습니다.
- 인터넷 · 광고 ID — 광고 표시와 결제 처리에만 사용합니다.
4. 보관 기간과 삭제
- 간직하기로 남긴 말은 사용자가 지울 때까지 보관됩니다.
- 떠나보내기로 남긴 말은 7일 뒤 기기에서 자동 삭제됩니다. 삭제 하루 전에 한 번 알려드리며, 그 전에 언제든 간직하기로 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 목록에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제하면 복구할 수 없습니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 저장된 모든 내용이 함께 사라집니다. 서버에 사본이 없으므로 별도의 삭제 요청 절차가 필요하지 않습니다.
5. 아동
이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지를 갱신하고 상단의 시행일을 함께 수정합니다.

Voice Letter Privacy Policy
Voice Letter has no accounts and no server.
The voice recordings and writing you leave are encrypted on your device only and are never sent to any server. The developer cannot read them.
1. What stays on your device
The following exists solely on your device. The app does not transmit it.
- Voice recordings — encrypted with AES-256-GCM in the app's private storage.
- Text you write — encrypted the same way.
- Recipient name (optional), timestamp, and your keep / let-go choice.
- Whether app lock is on, and whether the vault is unlocked — stored in encrypted preferences.
The encryption key lives in the Android Keystore and never leaves the device.
The app opts out of cloud backup (allowBackup=false), so your content is not copied by Google Drive auto-backup or device-to-device transfer.
2. What leaves your device
Ads (Google AdMob)
Three features — export, look back, and anniversary reminders — become available after a short rewarded ad. To serve those ads, Google AdMob collects your advertising ID (AD_ID) along with device and ad-delivery information, handled under Google's policies.
- Users in the EEA and UK are asked for consent through Google's User Messaging Platform.
- Unlocking the vault with a purchase removes ads from these features.
- The content of your messages is never sent with an ad request. Ads have no access to what you wrote or recorded.

Payments (Google Play Billing)
Unlocking the vault is a one-time purchase. Google Play processes the payment; the developer never receives or stores card or payment details. The app records only whether the purchase completed.
When you export something yourself
Export, share, and full backup run only when you start them. The card image, audio file, or backup archive goes wherever you choose, and is then governed by that app or service. Temporary decrypted copies made for sharing are deleted automatically afterwards.
3. Permissions
- Microphone — used only while recording. There is no background recording.
- Notifications — used only for the one notice a day before a message is let go, and for anniversary reminders. Both are scheduled on the device; no push server is involved.
- Biometrics — used for app lock. The app never accesses fingerprint or face data; the operating system reports only success or failure.
- Internet and advertising ID — used only for ads and payment processing.
4. Retention and deletion
- Messages you keep remain until you delete them.
- Messages you choose to let go are deleted from the device after seven days. You get one notice a day before, and can switch them back to kept at any point until then.
- You can delete any message directly from the list. Deletion cannot be undone.
- Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored. There are no server-side copies, so no separate deletion request is needed.
5. Children
This app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, this page and the effective date above are updated together.
